We rely on an industrial washing mills to wash our denim fabrics.<\/p>\n

Among the many possible operations, we carry out One Wash, Rinsed, Chemical Stone Wash, Stone Wash and Bleaching washes on both Blue Denim and Black Denim.<\/p>\n

The processes listed above give unique characteristics to the garments, following and respecting your requests.<\/p>\n

One Wash<\/strong>, with the one wash, or single wash, we mean the desizing and rinsing. This is the basic wash made for denim fabrics. The One Wash is also known as a dark wash which aims to make the denim softer and more comfortable, without altering the characteristics concerning the color which, in fact, remains dark blue. This type of wet and dry wash is widely used in the shirt world. Often, One Wash is done simply to fix the color. This wash sometimes allows you to avoid the use water, not even a glass! The garment is turned in special machines with Teflon balls. This technology, which differs from dry cleaning, is also linked to a sustainable discourse.<\/p>\n

Rinsed<\/strong>, Il lavaggio avviene in due fasi: sbozzima e ammorbidente. Questa tipologia di lavaggio offre infinite opzioni di personalizzazione. Il colore del denim si attenua gradualmente e, con il passare del tempo, manifesta caratteristiche naturali uniche. Non altera il tessuto, viene eseguito per togliere le colle di produzione. Viene aggiunto poi un ammorbidente che pu\u00f2 conferire 4 livelli di morbidezza differenti in base alle preferenze e all\u2019effetto che vuole essere conferito al denim.<\/p>\n

Con lo Stone Wash <\/strong>chimico, gli enzimi – utilizzati al posto delle pietre – hanno la funzione di mangiare, fisicamente, la cellulosa del cotone per replicare l\u2019effetto pietra. Il lavaggio chimico pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato per conferire il famoso aspetto “vissuto” al denim. Il lavaggio chimico conferisce al tessuto una mano pi\u00f9 morbida e confortevole, insieme a un aspetto meno lucido. Per quanto riguarda il Super stone washed chimico, il termine super indica un lavaggio con una concentrazione di prodotti e\/o temperatura e\/o tempo di lavaggio maggiori rispetto al normale lavaggio.<\/p>\n

Rinsed<\/strong>, The washing takes place in two phases: desizing and softener. This type of washing offers infinite customization options. The color of the denim gradually fades and, over time, manifests unique natural characteristics. It does not alter the fabric, it is performed to remove the production glues. A softener is then added that can give 4 different softness levels based on preferences and the effect that you want to give to the denim.<\/p>\n

With the chemical Stone Wash<\/strong>, the enzymes – used instead of stones – have the function of physically eating the cellulose of the cotton to replicate the stone effect. Chemical washing can be used to give the famous “worn” look to denim. Chemical washing gives the fabric a softer and more comfortable hand, along with a less shiny appearance. As for the chemical Super stone washed, the term super indicates a wash with a concentration of products and \/ or washing temperature and \/ or time greater than a normal wash.<\/p>\n

Bleaching<\/strong>: il denim viene lavato in macchine con additivi a base di ipoclorito o decoloranti, acquisisce un colore pi\u00f9 azzurrato tendente al bianco quanto pi\u00f9 viene prolungato il trattamento.\u00a0 In base al tempo di permanenza a contatto, si definisce la gradazione di sbiancamento del denim. Qualora si desiderasse un colore ancora pi\u00f9 chiaro, per le Collezioni estive, il tessuto denim viene schiarito con la candeggina fino alla tonalit\u00e0 desiderata. Anche per il black denim, il bleaching viene fatto con un prodotto chimico. Si tratta di una decolorazione del nero attraverso l\u2019acqua ossigenata. Questo prodotto chimico permette uno scarico di colore omogeneo mantenendo l\u2019acqua pulita.<\/p>\n

Bleaching<\/strong>: the denim is washed in machines with hypochlorite-based additives or bleaches, it acquires a bluer color tending to white the longer the treatment is prolonged. On the basis of the time spent in contact, the whitening degree of the denim is defined. If an even lighter color is desired, for the Summer Collections, the denim fabric is lightened with bleach to the desired shade. Even for black denim, bleaching is done with a chemical. It is a discoloration of black through hydrogen peroxide.
