We like to define the Collection as a container of fabrics that, year after year, has been expanded, specialized and studied to offer different weights – from the lightest fabrics of 90 grams/sqm, to the heavier ones of 300 grams/sqm – for a complete outfit for the creation of Shirts, Overshirts, Trousers, T-shirts and much more.
The fibers used are also interesting: indigo and cotton are inevitable, but there are also linen, hemp, bamboo, and regenerated cotton for sustainable denim.
Such a wide range of fabrics can develop new projects, inspire different garments and satisfy even the most unusual needs. Here then is that Blue1925 is not only a container of fabrics, but also of ideas!

With Blue1925 denim comes alive, comes to life. The indigo finds its voice in a collection dedicated to historic, iconic fabric, which we cannot do without.
The treatments are performed to enhance the different shades of denim. The washing experiments and the techniques used are tested and studied continuously thanks to the synergy between the washing mill and our finishing technicians. Thus, denim changes its appearance, acquires value, demonstrating its maximum versatility and beauty. The clothes offered in the Collection are the result of a targeted study aimed at fully understanding the soul and character of the material.
In the district of Okayama, in the city of Ibara, a small Japanese craftsman produces a very precious Denim. In this isolated corner of Japan, skilled hands create, with ancestral gestures, a timeless product. Blue1925 has decided to give life to a research path, which each season will lead us to explore territories and artisan districts where the excellence of textile products is still produced, with ancient methods and millenary traditions.
